Shake before use. Gently smooth over face, eyes, and lips with a soft cotton pad, holding for a few seconds on heavily made-up areas. Don't scrub, tug, or rub. May also be used anytime in between facial cleansing - no need to rinse. Skin feels clean, cool, and soft after each use.

I was gifted by drunk elephant their Milki Micellar water and I must say it is so refreshing on the face, I've been using it after I cleanse and wash my face because they say you don't need to rub it off you can just let it saturate into the skin and they are totally right.
