I currently use brush #12 with my ABH Dibrow. Aside from this being described as "firm", how else is it different? I am very pleased with #12, but I do have coarse brows and I am wondering if this may be a better suit for me.

The fibers are the same length as 12,except it's like one single line of fibers,thus taking away some of the precision I get w/ 12 and not picking up nearly enough product. This is a perfect brush for applying Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade however, when it arrived the spoolie was completely broke clean off inside the little plastic 'case' it comes in so it made it extremely difficult to get out and of course I can't use the spoolie end. The only thing that saved this from being returned is that I have sparse brows and don't really need a spoolie. Why is it that every time I order online something arrives damaged, used, or a combination? I love Ulta but the warehouse people are awful. So with that said, it's a great brush but I wouldn't order online.

Just bought this brush. It is tiny. The brush itself has weird bristles as if they are breaking off. I wonder if I can return it even though I used it ones. Horrible quality.
