To detangle on wet or dry hair: Start by brushing out the ends and work your way up to the crown. For extensions, hold the hair below the top of the extension and brush away tangles. This helps to avoid unnecessary tugging.
To create a sleek blowout: Rough dry hair. Work in clean sections and place the paddle brush underneath the sections at the roots and pull through towards ends while directing the airflow of the dryer downward. Dry thoroughly from roots to ends.

Only OKAY for super thick long hair
Pretty good brush but it only lasted me a few months. Which is still pretty good I guess. Don't waste your money
I had looked up reviews on a ton of different brushes and ended up with this one. I've had it a few months and the little tips on the bristles are almost all gone so they scrape my scalp. You won't think for the price that it would have been much better quality. It also pulls out a lot of hair and doesn't do much for knots.

I was disappointed in this brush. I have the smaller oval one and love it. Wanted a paddle brush for my longer hair, but this one is so hard, it doesn't "give" at all. When I brushed my hair, I actually hurt my head. Sorry to say, I returned it and am back to using my oval one for now.
