How To Use
Apply one coat for a sheer, high-shine wash of color. Apply a second coat to dial up the shine. To up the opacity, apply Morphe's Soulmatte Filling Gel Lip Liner and Soulmatte Velvet Lip Mousse (both sold separately) before Dripglass.
