The product is outstanding. It's a nice easy pump and well designed bottle. My wife loves it. I ordered three more and they were not delivered to my front door as stated so the wonderful gal at the company sent me three replacements and I told her if I found the other ones I would have them returned, but she said no keep them. I think that's the top right outstanding Customer Service!
