My new "must have"!
This is the first thing I put in my hair when I get out of the shower. It smells incredible AND it feels great in my hair. It makes my hair feel twice as thick once I blow dry it and keeps it feeling silky all day, but not so soft that it's hard to style. It's a 10/10.

I wanted to love this product, but it left my hair looking dull and feeling so dry. It definitely gave my hair more "body", but not in a good way. I'm usually a wash every 3 days girlie, but I wanted to wash this out of my hair the next day.
Worst return for replacement service I've ever had

This item was shipped via envelope rather than a box, so it was damaged in shipping (the lid/applicator broken off). I understand these things happen. I went into the chat for customer service to get the item replaced. It said a new item would be sent along with a return envelope to send back the broken item. Nothing ever came so I drove into and actual store to replace the broken item with a new one. It wasn't in stock, so they said they would have to return the item in a separate transaction from ordering a new one to be delivered. That seemed agreeable- but they tried to charge me seven dollars more for the item . I explainedI wanted to simply change the broken item for a good one, but because I'd bought it with a discount they couldn't do a product exchange and would have to charge me the additional amount. Very frustrating, I left.
I would buy this product again.

I was seeing this advertised all over FB and had my doubts it would work for me - well...I was pleasantly surprised! I LOVE it! It really does make my hair feel thicker and fuller. I have fine, straight, and not very exciting hair lol. I use three pumps, scrunch throughout my hair and then I use a wide tooth comb to distribute. I blow-dry upside down for a bit and then flip up and use a vent brush to give my hair some direction. When done, it feels bouncy and full!
Not so WOW
Used this product as directed and did the opposite of the hype. My hair was FLAT AND LIMP. I get more volume with just a mousse
