This refill fits into your existing Double Wear Matte Powder Foundation compact.
To insert refill: Remove used powder by lifting blue base to get underneath. Press base of powder with both thumbs until it pops out. Insert new refill. Snap into place.
Customize your coverage with the two-sided applicator:
- Use the sponge side to apply this medium to full coverage powder foundation all over face.
- Use the velvety side for softer coverage or targeted areas.

Not what it used to be
I have worn this powder foundation for many decades, but now it seems the formula is so overdrying that it makes me look 20 years older, even with moisturizer and primer! The powder accentuated every single fine lines on my face so bad that I returned the compact and went with another brand.

I Have tried calling about this and two different representatives re-directed me to another number, which took me back to the same place I started.

This powder is one that is so versatile. If I want a light coverage, I wear it alone. If I want a full coverage I'll wear it over my foundation. It's a beautiful smooth soft coverage.

Love this product, have used it since it came out. I have always used 3C2 Pebble but since the new formula the colors don't match the pictures online and are much darker. The picture online for 3C2 Pebble is what I need.
The formula change…
The previous poster is correct, the formula change ruined what was a great product. The color is darker in the same shade and the wear is also not as beautiful. I don't know why companies do this to their products and lose long and loyal customers.
