After shampooing, thoroughly towel-dry hair to remove excess water.* Brush out hair using a detangling brush or comb, and separate into large sections. Place the Double Shot underneath each section and work it slowly from roots to ends, until the section is dry and smooth. For volume at the roots, use horizontally at the crown. The Double Shot can also be used on dry hair to create a smooth, finished look.
*For extra-thick or long hair, it may be necessary to rough-dry hair with a regular blow-dryer before using The Double Shot.

For someone like me who has had super thick hair her entire life, finding a dryer that cuts dry time and styles just the way I want it seemed almost impossible. I've tried MULTIPLE dryer brushes (one actually caught fire because it just couldn't handle this thick mane of mine) and non of them lasted...

Piece of junk
I've had it for 9 months and it's…not good. I feel like the cheap Revlon brush is better and I am definitely going to move up to the Dyson air wrap. This gets so hot it burns the yellow tips (making them brown) before each individual brush falls off completely (see pic). Super bummed.

Waste of money
Sadly after about 6 months of using a few times a week, the bristles bent and made it non-usable. Also, it didnt blow much air after a short time. Total bummer since the concept sounds good - especially for those of us who havent mastered using a round brush and hair dryer simultaneously. Not impressed at all with this brand. All marketing hype and poor quality.
Easily Breaks…
I bought this brush in January after seeking a replacement for my revlon which was damaging my hair. The drybar worked great until it suddenly broke in August. It would smell terrible, make high pitched noises and would burn my hair. This product as seen in many reviews doesn't last a whole lot…
a staple in my mornings
I am so in love with this. The, I only have one hand, which makes styling my hair a real pain. However, this makes it a breeze! I look like I just got my hair done at a salon every morning worth minimal effort. Worked very well on dry hair too!

I love the. I have wanted this for a while but didn't want to pay the price so instead bought a cheaper version. Ended up having the cheaper one break within a few months so after replacing it and again breaking I broke down and purchased the Drybar. I love it and it styles my hair twice as good and has a 2 year warranty.
