I was recently diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and these undies have changed my life. I was bleeding through everything. I was even bleeding through my thinx period panties. the coverage these have are amazing. there's no leaking out the top, the front or the sides. I didn't find them to be any bulkier than you would assume a pad would be (baggy sweats are the move for these though...) i was able to sleep in an actual comfortable position with these, and not have to prop myself up so I wouldn't have leaks out the back or front.

These are freaking awesome! So far they have worked great! I am super pleased with the comfort and feel along with the organic option of these. They are so comfy to sleep in. My teen daughter has what the medical community calls "low needs autism." Which basically means that if you had a conversation with her, she just seems like a Neurotypical but nerdy little girl. However, autism does mean that things like starting her period at 13 is more challenging than it is for NT girls. She has a heavy flow, and even the heaviest maxi pads didn't work for her. We had stains and embarrassing public incidents. every single time she had her period. It was really embarrassing and awful for her. She started to refuse to leave the house. So we tried these. They are a godsend. She does not fear having her period anymore. We've had no leaks on her clothes and no stains on her sheets. All she has to do is wear these when the calendar tells her her period is coming, and there are no worries. They allow her to be independent and care for herself. And give her a sense of control over what was a very challenging change in her body. The one challenge that we have had is that they are bulky so she has to have specific outfits that she wears during those days, So that she doesn't look like she's wearing a diaper. That is fine. We just have those outfits ready. I cannot over exaggerate the life-changing impact these have had. If I were a multimillionaire, I would set up some charity that would give these free to any autism support group. Because these remove one more barrier for autistic women. Whose lives are full of barriers that most people don't have.
