Use enclosed spatula to gently lift and separate each patch then apply onto clean, dry under-eye area with the thickest part at the outer corner. Repeat on the other side. Leave on for 10 min. and discard after use. Gently pat remaining serum into skin. Do not wash off.

I got this not too long ago and it reduces puffiness. It didn't really fit my under eye and I had to adjust it often.
