Not a fan
This has a strong odor, very chemical based. Almost like cigarettes to me. The applicator is great and the texture is fine. The volumizer gives a burn/tingle but I can't tell that it does much in the way of volumizing my lips.
I do not know if I would buy this product again?
This product did nothing for the severe wrinkles around my lips, my lips haven't even plumped up a bit!

City Lips Dupe!
Been using City Lips for years as a night time treatment. Waking up to fuller and smoother lips is the best! This product has the exact same effect as long as you put it on dry lips. If you just washed your face and applied serums, etc, be sure to wipe off your lips with a tissue first, otherwise you won't get the right effect. Love this and no longer have to wait to get City Lips by mail!
