1-2 times per week, apply to damp or dry hair as a treatment and leave for 20 minutes before rinsing out.

if you need som tlc for your hair, this is an excellent option. my hair feels stronger and softer after using this mask. I was having trouble with flyaway and I believe this product helped me repair my ends enough to take them, paired with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. monday has not disappointed me yet. Just get it.
GREAT FOR HAIR WASH DAYS

I only wash my hair one a week because my hair gets super dry and frizzy so having the natural oils build up helps to eliminate some of that… plus my hair grows faster and healthier! I have been using this for the past 4 weeks on my hair washing day and it helps eliminate someone of that build up on my scalp as well as keeping it so soft and smooth! I also love that it isn't heavy on perfume smells but it still smells clean and fresh!
Bang for your buck
*product was received free for review* I used this after straightening my type 4 natural hair, and it was very moisturizing. It's very thick in consistency and it has a little bit of a fragrance but it's not too strong. Assuming it's priced around the same as the other products from this brand I think it's worth the money and I would use it again.

⭐️⭐️ | Not Worth the Hype I had high hopes for the Monday Haircare Deep Conditioner, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While the packaging is sleek and the scent is pleasant, the actual performance left a lot to be desired. First, the consistency is quite thick, but it doesn't seem to penetrate the hair well. I left it on for the recommended time, but my hair didn't feel deeply conditioned or particularly soft afterward. Instead, it felt coated rather than truly nourished. Additionally, for a product marketed as moisturizing, I expected more slip for detangling, but it actually made my hair feel drier over time. I also noticed that after a few uses, my scalp felt slightly irritated, which is unusual for me. Overall, this deep conditioner is just okay at best, but there are much better options available at a similar price point. I wouldn't repurchase.
