- Gently massage the balm in circular motions onto dry skin, dissolving makeup, dirt and other residues.

I love it
I loved this product, it left my skin smooth after using it and it took off my waterproof mascara and lash glue. I didnt smell anything chemical about it or any odor.
The worst cleansing balm I've ever used
I bought three cleansing balms at the same time. This one is the worst. The oil stays on my face even after rinsing with water, and I have to use my regular face cleanser three times to remove the balm's oil. I'm not picky about the smell, but this one smells like expired oil, which I don't like. I wish I could return it.
Wouldn't repurchase
It did get my make off well but the odor is just too much. I purchased this to try because of the good price point and clean ingredients but have stopped using it due to the smell.
Would NOT recommend
It is not good to put anywhere near your eyes. It will start burning. Usually that never happens to me. If you mix water with it, it won't emulsify and it'll take even longer to mix into your face to get rid of make up. It has a weird like chemical smell to it. Again would not recomend.
Has strong odor
Purchased this because it is claiming that it is formulated without fragrance. Not sure what they consider fragrance but it definitely has a strong chemical odor. I tried it on my face and immediately smelled the strong odor and removed it, so not sure how well it works. Based on the odor, I definitely would not put the product with chemical smell on my skin. Returning product.
