i was very skeptical to buy these but i suffer from bloating and nothing was helping. well, THESE WORK. they also help keep me regular — which also has been a struggle. i'm quite impressed, will repurchase. i'm obsessed.
Best Pre and Probiotic supplement
I have tried every pre and probiotic supplement there was, all i got was a lot of consitpation and an upset stomach and bloating. This has worked differently though. I noticed a difference within a few days of taking it. I was not bloated (if i was it was only for a few minutes), i had a regular bowel movement for once, and my stomach was never upset. I dont know what Kourtney did in these supplements but this was a game changer.
