The Revlon Cuticle Trimmer has a new package. The cap has changed and no longer a clear cap. Was this answer helpful to you

Cuticle Trimmer

I was in serious need of a cuticle trimmer because my previous one broke. The Revlon brand cuticle trimmer is much nicer than my previous one, and works smoothly.

Useless re-design

Revlon's cuticle trimmer was my indispensable tool for manicures for years; it did a neat and perfect job, and only needed replacement every 5 or 6 years when it finally got dull. Until now. Seriously…….awful!  It does nothing but rip the cuticle……no amount of softening helps!

Worst cuticle trimmer I've ever used, doesn't work well at all. The v-shape (trimmer portion) is way to shallow and dull.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

This little tool is so amazing!! I've had the same one for twenty years and it still works. I just discovered Amazon still sells them so I bought a new one. It trims off that nasty hard cuticle in one swipe!

Not worth the money

The shape of the cutter itself makes it difficult to try and glide it along the cuticle. It actually dug into my skin and tore part of my cuticle and made me bleed. I have some off brand ones that have gradually become dull and chose to get this one because it's Revlon brand and I like their tweezers but this isn't worth it!

It has a weird cupped shape. It is not sharp. In fact, it has pulled my cuticles. Reminds me of cheap junk.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
