- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Actually, really good. I really love the lights.
Not recommended
After a month, I don't see any difference, but... maybe I should use it longer. The bigger problem- battery; one charge only lasts for 15 minutes of use. It's annoying when it turns off during use.
Worth it!
It may be pricey, but it's so worth it especially if you can commit to being consistent with it! I'm already seeing results at just 4 weeks.

honestly, the best LED light mask I've ever used. Especially for someone who worked in a med spa. i've only been using it for two weeks now, and my face seems much more vibrant and glowing
