Ive heard so many good reviews about the jelly cleaser but the bad reviews say they broke out after using it so im wondering if you have to use a certain cleanser before it or just cause everyone has a different skin type. Also wondering if you can use any toner for step 2 because i have the Up and Up brand of toner but im not sure if you guys recommend using the same brand or not for step 2

Love it
I really love this cleanser other cleansers I have used in the past seem to strip my face of all natural oils, and I have dry skin as it is. This did not do that. It was left a feeling refreshed clean.

I had a sample of this product so I cant speak to the packaging concerns however I really enjoyed this gentle, fragrance-free, barrier friendly cleanser! Face felt gently cleaned!
Not a win for this sensitive skin girlie
I bought this Jelly Cleanser (brightening toner + Barrier repair) based on the BYOMA skin care test on their website.). Worst line of products ive ever used. woke up face swollen, rash and chemical burn all over my face.
Please do not buy this!
I usally love Byoma products, however this is not one of the good ones. The consistency is nice, but once it is on your face it will sting your eyes. Also somewhat difficult to rinse off. In summeration, please dont use your money on this, especially if you have sensitive skin.

I reallg like the packaging asthetic. The size, shape and color. But you cant tell how much product you have left. You also need multiple pumps of product, considering it dispenses the tiniest amount each pump. I have combination skin and this leaves my face insanely dry after using.
