For a Precise Cat Eye Look STEP 1 - Using ColorStay Micro Eyeliner in Black, line the lower lash line and following the shape of the eye's lower rim, extend the line past the outer corners.
STEP 2 - Line the upper lash line starting with a thin line in the inner corner that gradually thickens from the middle towards the outer corners.
STEP 3 - Connect the lines to create a wing and fill in the wing.

Terrible…Bought today at a national drug store chain. Not smooth application at all! Doesn't feel like gel. Have to press so hard to get any product out that the tip breaks off.

It's so light it's not worth paying so much for - see pictures. I did try all the tricks to try to mix it up, but got no darker. It was bought at a reputable store, not discount, or yard sale. So disappointed!! I have been looking for a thin line liquid liner. I think as we get older less is more but when you're fair hair and complexion you still need something. It'd number 303, But first wine...if you can see it. Must have been an empty wine bottle. I have pictures but at least current screen won't advance to let me upload.
