RECOMMENDED MIXING:
For off-the-scalp application, mix 1 oz. of Colorcharm Powder Lightener with 1.5 to 2 oz. of Wella Developer (20 or 40 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl.
For on-the-scalp application, use only 20 Volume Crème Developer by mixing 1 oz. of Colorcharm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. Wella Crème Developer. Do not process for more than 50 minutes.
IMPORTANT:
Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before complete application. Always wear gloves.
CAUTION:
Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or hair on other parts of the body. Do not use on hair in poor condition. Do not use in a metal mixing bowl. Do not permanently wave the hair immediately before or after lightening. Do not use if the scalp shows abrasions, scratches, or any other abnormal condition. Store in a cool, dry place.

I've lived this brand since I was in Cosmo school! Was the brand we use and does amazing! Pair it with a 20v developer and you'll get this after about 45 minutes (with heat)! Definitely worth it!

I am not a professional hairdresser, but my husband and daughter come to me for their hair coloring needs. Wella is such a quality bland for hair coloring, and this bleach fits the bill for all of my needs. This bleach is super easy to use and mixes with developer to a wonderful consistency that is super easy to apply. I've used this for bleaching and bleach baths and I always get a super even result. I've taken my husband with naturally black hair to a nice icy grey/platinum and I use this to bleach money pieces in the front of her hair so that we can apply fashion colors on top.

Great value for size. Got my hair from dark brown to almost platinum after bleaching 4xs. It was a process but took it slow with Wella 20 developer so I would not damage my hair. Bleach lightening from Wella is great my hair still looked healthy. I still have at least half a tub left for touchups. Wella brand is awesome!

I made my highlights with this bleach. It works well and lightens yo yo level 9 and 10. Never leave bleach on for more than 30 minutes on your hair. Wash off and use a hair mask afterwards.

This is the powder lightener I always use. It's consistent and it does the job. I like that it's a white powder and not blue, I don't know what the difference is. I always keep buying it so I'd say I'm very satisfied. (:
