For sunscreen use:
- Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating

- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. -- 2 p.m.

I love this cream. It not only protects against the sun, but also helps with wrinkles. Also, it feels light and so soft on the skin, has a great scent, non-greasy, and effective! It is a great value for the quality!
