First off, this product like any product is not for all curlies. I am caucasian with very tight coils that are hard to manage and frizzy. My hair likes this product. I do put it on very wet hair (helps prevent wet frizz) and I follow with Ouidad climate control. The combination defines my curls and manages my frizz. My curl pattern changed with onset on menopause and my curls are tighter than ever. This product is excellent in helping me manage my curls.
Crunchy Hair That Smells
I really don't care for the fragrance in this product and the smell is not pleasant at all whatsoever. If you use it by itself, prepare to have really dry and crunchy hair. I look forward to washing this stuff out.
