Apply to clean, dry skin in the am or pm. With closed eyes, hold bottle 10 inches away from the face and mist. Let Clean Start Prep Step dry down completely before applying other skincare. Use it after cleanser but prior to serum/essence, moisturizer, and SPF.

I've been able to use this product a few times before writing this review and I really do like this product! It makes my makeup lay smoother and is great to use just on plain clean skin for a refresh during the day. And it's good for your skin which is a huge plus!
