This is great as a primer it helps my makeup stay in place it's not greasy nor drying I haven't used as a refresher but my makeup did look good and lasted 10 hours with a satin finish

We love this product, so smooth and smells so nice. It's not overpowering or sticky. Leaves a nice fresh prime. Also, really helps with resetting makeup after a long day of dance.
