Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Squeeze out excess moisture. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands. Part hair using fingers and apply shampoo as close to the scalp as possible. Let set for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Helps deeply cleanse hair from any buildup, natural oils and product residue. The scent is light and clean, and my hair feels super clean and refreshed when shampooing with this detox product. If you've been interested in a clarifying shampoo this is definitely a great option. I have fairly dry, curly hair and this has been in my shower rotation. They call it a detox shampoo you would want to use this probably once a week depending on what products you're putting in your hair, definitely a great option to cycle in between your regular washes.
