Why can't this be used in the eye area? Which ingredient is the problem?

The eye area is particularly delicate and can react differently to certain ingredients compared to other parts of the face. So moisturizing and actually penetrates and blends into the skin!! My makeup looks so much better after using this product. I have extremely dry skin and have tried dozens of skincare brands. I received a sample of this and after using it up had to go get the full size. The price is great for the quality!
The ceramide skin barrier moisturizer
I really like this product i wear it on the daily under my sunscreen because its a bit thicker but when i do my makeup i go for a lighter moisturizer.Overall great product if you want to try a new moisturizer.
Seemed great on paper but broke me out
I have combination acne prone skin and this moisturizer clogged my pores and worsened existing acne, such a bummer because it did feel nourishing on the skin

I use this in the AM after VitC. Winter dryness is a thing where I live. Doesn't make you oily.
