I have long fine hair that I straighten regularly. To combat heat damage to my ends, I like to use a leave-in conditioner or serum on towel dried or damp hair fresh out of the shower. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] With fine, curly hair and living in the Florida humidity, a good leave in conditioning spray is a must in my routine. This particular spray smells fantastic, and the bottle size for the price point is comparable to others I use. The conditioner itself is not my favorite for summertime use, as I think it's a bit too light for my hair type. It does offer some moisture and is good for detangling, but for air-drying, my hair still has more frizz with this product than others in my regular rotation. I will definitely use the remainder of the bottle, but will likely not repurchase this particular spray.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is my new go-to product I grab after every hair wash! My hair is the type that knots as soon as it gets wet. I get out for he shower, spray this on my hair and the brush goes through it… no problem!!!! It leaves my hair really soft throughout the day, and seems to help with all my flyaways. It's really an amazing product. I love that it also has heat protection built in, so it's a 2 for 1 product! It doesn't get any better than that. It also has a very fresh scent!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This leave in conditioner by Alterna has a nice light scent that isn't overpowering. It comes in a spray bottle but I find it easier to spray it directly into my hand and then loosely comb it through the strands to apply. It leaves my hair soft and helps with curl definition.
