Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort caused by sore muscles and nourish the skin. Take deep breaths to soothe the senses and quiet the mind.

I had red spots all over belly and back for years. Dermatologist couldn't fix. Creams barely helped. Accidentally came across this product. Used for soar muscles. To my surprise!!!!! All the red spots gone!! I now use regularly. Wow!!!! Who knew? Other Epson salts didn't work like this one. As far getting rid of skin issues. Amazing

This is one of my favorite Epsom Salts to soak in. It smells wonderful! My body always feels at ease when I get out of the bath. There's a pro and a con about the hemp seed oil though, the oil makes you skin feel awesome but makes the bathtub greasy. Worth the mess though.
