Soak away discomfort from sore muscles: Pour at least 2 cups under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort caused by sore muscles and nourish the skin. Take deep breaths to soothe the senses and quiet the mind.

I am totally in love with this product! It smells so good! It makes my skin so soft. It dissolves quickly and doesn't leave a film in the tub. I will continue to buy this product over and over.

The only reason im not giving it a 5, is because ive tried many different bath salts, and this one has the same effect. Slightly better, but same effect. I think you feel it kickin in when you first get out the bath, and your muscles feel different in a good way. They feel relaxed, especially your legs. Overall good product for the price; and i have tried expensive bath salts(which i regret doing), and i regret it cause there are so many good out there that are not $20-$50:) give it a try, and add a little aromatherapy bubbel bath and relax with your bath table(what ever its called) and sip on some tea or your favorite wine!
For low price, it worth buying.
This Epsom Salt works great for stress and body pain. It's worth purchase.

I will always recommend this product. I use it for everything. It eased my aches when i had covid, it soothed my husband when he had shingles. Also i have two girls in gymnastics. Or when i just need to unwind. It smells fabulous and leaves my skin so silky.
