Let the wax fully pool for an even burn. Burn for 2 - 4 hours and trim the wick to 5mm before each use. Inhale the calming scent... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.

Real Luxury Magnesium Body Butter:Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the Body Butter all over your body and do some mindful breathing, in for 7 seconds, out for 11 seconds.
