Flexible brush
The innovative feature about this mascara is the flexible wand that is able to move and adapt at the tip so you can reach all of your lashes. Don't like the applicator
I have been using this mascara for about 6 weeks and although the mascara itself is OK, what I really don't like about it is the applicator. The brush is short toward the end and then becomes longer back toward the wand. Normally I like brushes that are shorter at the tip so you can get the smalle...

No volume at all
This brush only helps for separation, but does not give me any volume at all. I have pretty good natural lashes, but I feel like this doesn't give any of the claims. I'll use it on my lower lashes to get through some of the bottle, but do not recommend and will not repurchase.
Buy! but there are tricks.
So this is my go to mascara. Now i do some tricks and it works great for me, i have average length eyelashes. While i am doing my other makeup i put it under my leg and let it warm up if your in a hurry you can also put the whole tube it in a cup of hot water. I also notticed the more i use it throughout the week the better it gets. Dont guve up hope yet!

Don't like the applicator
I have been using this mascara for about 6 weeks and although the mascara itself is OK, what I really don't like about it is the applicator. The brush is short toward the end and then becomes longer back toward the wand. Normally I like brushes that are shorter at the tip so you can get the smaller lashes, but when I use this one on my lower lashes, it gets mascara all over the "water line" of my eye. It happens every time even though I am careful. I don't really have any issues with the top lashes - it works fine for them. But I find it difficult to put it on my lower lashes and not get it all over my eye. I bought it because the price was great and I thought I'd try it. But I won't buy it again unless they change the applicator on it.
100 % buy this mascara
I am such a fan of this line of makeup. its affordable and some better than the expensive lines. I compare this mascara to the benefits line.
