STEP 1
Tap to loosen powder.

Slowly pour liquid into powder.

Screw pump on tightly and wipe clean.

Shake until powder is dissolved.

Snap onto white bottle with nozzle facing left and white bottle facing forward.
Mix it once and you're good to glow!

How to Recycle:
For the liquid serum base, remove the cap and toss the bottle into the recycling bin after assembling.
Pop off the top.
Unscrew the clear vial from the top.
Recycle the vial + outer container.

You may see some golden color change over time, which is totally normal! After shaking, there will be bubbles present, and that’s completely normal. Love the product but instructions are unreadable
I actually love this product - it works really well. It does come in a huge box with a ton of marketing materials and then the actual instructions for mixing it up are on the tiniest piece of paper in the smallest font that is light green against a white background. Did an ant design this?

I bought the C Firma in 2021 and had an overall good experience with it. I bought it again as part of the Peach Acid mix, and am extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's because I had to mix the ingredients myself, but the solution now leaks from the bottom, dries, and clogs. I have to spend 30s...

Can not get past the smell.
I love other Drunk Elephant products, but the smell of this one was too offensive. I didn't mind the mixing part, and the texture was a little tacky, but I could deal with that if the product was great. But that smell.... I can't get past that smell. It's a hard NOPE for me.

Previously, I used another brand's Vitamin C serum. They all start with a pungent orange scent, which dissipates throughout the day. Where Drunk Elephant's C-Firma differs is that by the evening, the smell starts coming back, but even more pungent than before. I would correlate the scent with a skunky smell. I will not reorder C-Firma.
