Not as effective as it was when it first came out. Also no breakout on how many milligrams etc of each herb. So who knows how much is exactly in it.

I love these! They actually work and I appreciate the fact that they're made entirely from plant material. I drink a lot of protein shakes and also take creatine which makes you bloat and taking a couple of these before bed makes a big difference in the morning!

I was afraid to start this product because I thought it would have me constantly in the ladies room (If you know what I mean) 🙃but it was just a very pleasant thing having my pants fit and it seemed to help with the entire body float. I am not sure how I survived this amazing product !!!
