Prepare brows by washing with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
Squeeze a pea sized amount of the conditioning developer into the plastic mixing tray. Shake the tint bottle 3-4 times into the developer and use the plastic spatula to thoroughly mix the tint until it is a smooth consistency.
Apply the mixture generously to one brow at a time using the small brush provided for a precise application. Be sure to apply the mixture in the shape of your desired brow and to clean up around the edges to avoid accidental staining of the skin.
Set a timer for 10 minutes after application is completed. Once the processing time is complete, remove the color from the brow area with a damp towel. Allow eyebrows to dry thoroughly to see the color results.
If a slightly darker color is needed, reapply brow tint and process for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove with a damp towel. Discard any unused material. Do not attempt to store or re-use after application.
This product is NOT intended for use on eyelashes. To do so may cause blindness. This product can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions. For an unknown reason, I have lost most of my brows. I currently draw on brows in small strokes. Can I use this tint to color the skin as there are not enough hairs to tint.

I bought this today and used it today. It's a complete waste of money. Didn't do anything to color the gray that has crept into my eyebrows. If I could give it zero stars I would.
Great for my light brows
I have a naturally blonde eyebrows, but my hair is brown and this helps me keep up with that so I don't look like a freak. I am only giving four stars because the dark brown looks more like a black. Keep that in mind but works really well otherwise.
Don't usually write reviews but this product was THAT bad
I've been tinting my brows for years and figured I'd give this brand a try, and since it was at ulta, I figured it'd be good. I disregarded the negative reviews as some people just misuse products and get bad results to no fault of the product itself, but not in this case. I've tried many different tints over the years, and some are better than others, but none have ever been BAD, until now. You have to do a lot of trial and error to get this product to even work at all, and once it does, the result is subpar. Save yourself the hassle and just get delia or godefroy elsewhere.
6 Drops of Developer + 1 Scoop Powder
Age 30-44
I have used this product for years because it works! Finding the right amount of developer and color was a little tricky for me tho, in the instructions it says to use equal parts but its really hard to tell cause one is a liquid and one is a powder. However I have found the perfect ratio. 6 DROPS OF DEVELOPER + 1 SCOOP OF POWDER COLOR (its the perfect amount for both brows) into the clear mixing container. Mix it up with the flat spatula for about 10 seconds and then use the mascara wand looking applicator thing to finish mixing, pressing it up against the sides of the mixing bowl to really break up any little clumps or color. Use the mascara wand applicator and apply to your brows (dont be shy with it!) use a q-tip to wipe off any excess dye, let it sit for about 15-18 minutes and use a soft, damp wash cloth to wipe away the color. (it wont stain your towel's) and reveal your gorgeous brows! 10 out of 10 :)
HOLY GRAIL
This product is a HOLY GRAIL PRODUCT!! I have little to NO eyebrows, and i was able to use a separate angle brush i purchased (from ELF) and used it to apply how i want my eyebrows to look and it turned out incredible. I will seriously use this product forever. I save so much time when i need to run somewhere but dont want to do my makeup because my eyebrows were something i never felt confident leaving the house without!
