Use the longer bristled side of the wand to comb product through clean, dry brows. Next, use the short, bristled tip to shape. To finish, use the flat back of applicator to firmly press brows for a laminated look. Allow product to dry completely.

This product has a thicker consistency to hold the brows in place, so be sure to apply before foundation in order to avoid creating a film or particles over the brows.
