Use light pressure to apply scrub on the skin (avoiding the eye area). Massage all areas of the face using upward, circular motions for 30 seconds, then rinse with warm water. For best results, exfoliate 1-3 times a week. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water.

I received this as a sample and found that it was a little too harsh. My face actually hurt and started to flake so much immediately after using. However I will say that at the time when I used this, my skin was damaged and sensitive to certain products. My skin is much happier now but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend. Instead MB has a more gentle Strawberry or Kiwi Exfoliating Scrub that I currently use and it's amazing!
This is NICE
Within the first week of use my skin was smoother and the color more even. The difference it has made in a short time has been fairly dramatic. I can see myself using it for life.

Amazing at removing dead skin cells and smoothing out your skin. I actually mix it with Mario Badescu's Glycolic Foaming Cleanser for the perfect mix. I truly feel that it has also kept wrinkles at bay. I have used this exfoliating scrub for years and hope that it is never discontinued!
A little drying. Gets the job done though. :)
This exfoliant can be pretty drying but I combat this by using a moisturizing cleanser and serum. Other than that, this product leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. Wouldn't recommend for extremely dry skin though.
