For use on wet or dry hair. On wet hair, spray all over freshly washed, damp hair for additional moisture, especially before combing so curls have extra protection. On dry hair, to refresh late day, second-day or slept-in styles, spray all over hair and cup curls with palms of hands to instantly revive them. Curls will perk up and re-form without frizz.

I had hopes for this product, but was disappointed. To be as short and sweet as possible, it basically did...well...nothing. It altered the texture of my hair after it was applied, but thats about it. It went from clean, to dirty dirty dirty feeling.

Many years ago (around 1987) Botanical Boost was one of my staples. I used other Ouidad products on my highlighted brown hair. Years later, I bought a bottle to use on my coarse gray frizzy hair. It's great and again has become a staple of my anti-frizz arsenal! There's not a single Ouidad product that I don't like. I've been using these products for almost thirty years! . I don't think there's a Ouidad product. I don't love It was great many years ago on my hair or this natural color, but now my hair is gray and it works great on it stopping frizzy and reviving my curls.
Not for thin wavy
Hair Type Wavy Hair
Product is way too light to coat and give a bit of added texture to wavy fine hair. Likely works for different curl types, but the bottle indicates wavy would work. You'd have to have a lot of hair and no humidity for this to have an impact. You spray it and it's like it's not there. More water than product it seems.
