Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use. To remove, apply warm water, lotion, or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
Precautions:
Before use, conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Pair with No Show Concealers or Gentle No Show Concealers for nipple protection and added coverage. One-time use only. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Body Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Took Off My Skin
I needed some tape to pull up my boob for a lower dress. I wore this tape and when I tried to take it off with a water. My skin came off so now I have little specks of missing skin around my shoulder and my boob. What is going on with this product!! I'm in so much pain right now

does the job but at what cost..
i honestly thought these reviews were maybe just being over the top and that it mustve just hurt bc of the nip area so i bought silicone covers for them, but removing this tape was actually awful and excruciating! it makes wearing it not worth it imo, especially even moreso that i only had it on for 4-5 hours and it didnt even keep my girls in place for more than half of that time!

I don't have sensitive skin but this was so painful to remove and ripped the top layer of my skin off. My chest stings so badly. I wore for a bridesmaids dress and my boobs sat nice but I have redness and pain and seemingly holes in my skin now.
Love this stuff so much
I have been using this product for over 5 now and absolutely love this stuff. I have larger breasts and this is the only way I can wear anything strapless or backless. Holds well and easy to manipulate. Very similar to KT tape in my opinion, just larger and maybe more flexible. To help when taking off, make sure to keep the skin taut and continue adjusting your grip so you are always pulling from the base. Think more like you're trying to push your fingers in between the skin and tape, rather than pulling the tape off. I've accidently gotten into the shower with the tape still on and it comes off really easily when wet. Nipple covers would help if you have a really sensitive nipple area. Keep playing with the tape and how youre putting it on, trying to use as much logic as you can remember from physics class! It might take some more product than you expect but I promise it works.
The stickiness is perfect; but the peach pasties?

I bought this a couple of months ago and the deep tone works well for my skin. The stickiness is perfect. I was surprised that they included two flower-shaped nipple pasties in a light peach color. What is a deep-colored person supposed to do with those? This happened with other other brands too; I was expecting better from this well-known brand. At least the deep-colored tape sticks well and the color is perfect for me. I will keep looking for a brand/product that is aware of color inequity. Hopefully Hollywood Fashion Secrets will correct this issue because I would love to be loyal to this brand.
Product Changed
Product used to be stronger and give a nicer "push" but it has unforunately changed. Doesn't work as well anymore. And for those complaining about removing it, I would use lotion and take it off little by little to prevent it from tearing my skin. Miss the old product!!
