Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use. To remove, apply warm water, lotion, or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
Precautions:
Before use, conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Pair with No Show Concealers or Gentle No Show Concealers for nipple protection and added coverage. One-time use only. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Body Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Took Off My Skin
I needed some tape to pull up my boob for a lower dress. I wore this tape and when I tried to take it off with a water. My skin came off so now I have little specks of missing skin around my shoulder and my boob. What is going on with this product!! I'm in so much pain right now

not worth the pain
i used this for my gender reveal. It felt comfortable but when removing, it took some of my n*pple off 😭 literally so many patches of my skin were gone. Its the worst. I dont wish this upon anyone. Please consider before buying

I have a few tops that I thought would work well with this tape and it was actually very useful. It was easy to apply and holds nicely for couple of hours.However removing was a nightmare - very painful. The amount of tape is great the color is perfect I wish there were at least a few more of nipple covers. Probably won't use it often only when necessary.
