Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use. To remove, apply warm water, lotion, or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
Precautions:
Before use, conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Pair with No Show Concealers or Gentle No Show Concealers for nipple protection and added coverage. One-time use only. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Body Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Took Off My Skin
I needed some tape to pull up my boob for a lower dress. I wore this tape and when I tried to take it off with a water. My skin came off so now I have little specks of missing skin around my shoulder and my boob. What is going on with this product!! I'm in so much pain right now

I was very excited to try this contour tape but it was actually a little difficult to use for me. The color tone matched perfectly but it was really hard trying to to get the tape to look exactly like the instructions. I love that the tape can be used a variety of ways. I will not give up on this product and continue to practice applying correctly.

Thank you so much to Influenster for sending me this product in exchange for my honest review! This is a great product! I've used it before and it is the only brand of tape that I trust. It is super easy to use and comes with instructions that show you all the different ways you can use it. It sticks to the body very well but peels off easily when you want it off and it doesn't hurt to pull it off. I also love that it comes with pasties that you can use along side of the tape or alone! The texture is great and it is thin enough where you can't see it through your clothes. It also comes with a ton of product so you won't have to worry about it running out quickly and it's also priced very reasonably! Cannot recommend enough. Their other products are also great! Thank you again to Influenster for sending me this product!

I am a low/side carrying DD (think Florence Pugh in Oppenheimer). I wanted to like this product so bad. I tried the tape several times and in several different ways like the box showed. Every time my boobs weren't boob shaped anymore when I was done. Plus I've seen better adhesive on a Post-It note. If I didn't put the strip right the first time I had to get a whole new piece. Not all is lost though! I can make excellent pasties with the rest of the roll! I received this product free from Influenster for my honest review.

1st time uses definitely read up on how to apply tape. Many comments mention rashes and blisters this is due to overlaying too much tape which causes the skin to overheat or cause rubbing & friction resulting in blisters.
