Wet the sponge with water and squeeze out excess water (a damp sponge will help use less product and apply more seamlessly). Dip the sponge into product and apply in a bouncing or "stippling" motion. Use the rounded end to cover large areas of the face and the pointed end to apply in tight crevices and corners.

Not for me
I was needing a new beauty blender and was caught by the price. However, it's just too soft and not dense enough. I have found that it doesn't move the makeup around well and leaves splotches of poor coverage. I'll be going back to my other option.

Softest ever
I love my beauty blender but I keep using this over the beauty blender and the real techniques one. It's sooo soft and bouncy. - I wish the point was tapered like the beauty blender because I need a better point of under eye. I prefer to use one sponge but have been using this for my face and my beauty blender for under the eye. I did buy the elf camo concealer sponge which looks like it's pointy for under eye :D I just wish they would make it into one sponge.
