not my fav, but it's not a bad fragrance.
first off, the bottle is very nice & sleek with the black vinyl. i think it was a nice touch to "dress up" the bottle. now on to the fragrance..on my skin, le parfum opens with a powerful coffee accord, followed by white florals and settles with vanilla. i also somewhat smell the original black opiu...

Disappointed
I bought this travel spray with the hopes that I would love the scent, but no, I do not. I read all the great reviews too, and I dont get why I didnt instantly fall in love with this fragrance! It just doesn't do it for me. I love vanilla and woodsy scents but not this.
Pretty scent
I love this like all of the Opium scents but it didnt wear long enough. I love that it has a softer scent than the original, just wish it lasted longer!

Staple for the Vanilla Lovers
After smelling some of the other Black Opium's I wasn't expecting to love this one as much as I did. Before I smelled this perfume, I didn't think I was ever going to find a perfume that beat MOD Vanilla. I'm so glad I was wrong. While I love my MOD Vanilla, this one very clearly takes the cake for me. From what I can remember, it smells almost just like pure vanilla extract. Unsure on longevity but I've heard it lasts! I don't own this Black Opium perfume yet, because I was incredibly torn between it and the Valentino Coral Fantasy. As unfortunate as it was, I had to walk away. However, I will definitely be getting it within the next couple months!
Scent doesn't last
Though it's marketed as a parfum, it seems to be high water/alcohol content which makes the scent fade quicker than hoped for. I do love this scent. Just wish it was more potent/had better longevity. Especially for the price.
