Begin with clean lips. Apply a generous amount using the soft and plush bunny ear applicator. Distribute product evenly across top and bottom lip for a perfectly plumped pout.
Apply only within the perimeter of the lips. If applied on skin a temporary redness and/or swelling may occur. You may also experience a warming or tingling sensation that can last up to 20+ minutes. Remove if any discomfort is present and discontinue use. Keep away from children.

Between this, two faced, buxom lip plumpers I've tried them all and it's about the same effect and time it lasts, but significantly more painful than any plumper I've tried. I think people confuse the pain for effectiveness.
Actually works
Ive been truing all sorts of lip plumpers, never having success but this one really works, it burns real good, the scent isnt overwhelming very citrusy almost like orange or grapfruit and the gloss is really soft and not sticky at all. Definitely keeps lips hydrated as well.
Irritating
Applying the product within the lip line gives it a plumping effect, but you'll get the red and irritated look around the edges. I really don't think it is worth the cost, just grap a regular lipgloss add some cayenne and cinnamon and you plump and tingle just like this and you'll see be all red around the mouth.

The B.I.G Mouth XL Plump Intensive Lip Plumper is the best one out there. It is spicy and makes your lips look plump and smooth. I love this for a night out, its a staple in my purse.
