Begin with clean lips. Apply a generous amount using the soft and plush bunny ear applicator. Distribute product evenly across top and bottom lip for a perfectly plumped pout.

The reason for purchasing was the claim that the plumper had a lasting effect up to 12 hours. I would say it lasts one hour at most per application. Two stars because of horrific smell!!!
I'm not certain what is going on but this gloss smells TERRIBLE!! I wish I had read reviews ahead of time instead is just seeing a few videos about the plumping. I hadn't seen any negative videos about the smell! And, whoa, the worst burning of any plumping product I've ever purchased!
Plumper that actually works
This lip plumper actually works! I won't get lip filler, but want plumper lips. I've tried both the concentrate and the OG version and compared the results- they both work, but this gives more noticeable results so I chose this one. The first time I put the concentrate on I thought I wasn't going to be able to handle it, it felt like I had rubbed jalapeños on my lips. It lasted a little more than 30 mins, but the plumping effect was there! Each time I applied it it became less intense and easier to handle, now I have no issue wearing it and actually enjoy the feeling. It definitely does not last 12 hours, but it DOES work. For me, it makes my non existent Vermillion border much more pronounced, and my lips plumper. It does not make my lips red or chapped, maybe the first time, but not anymore. I never want to be without this now! So ladies, hang in there- it gets much more tolerable the more you apply it.

It absolutely birns but doesn't provide the results. I beleive i should see better results for the pain.. I see almost none
Holy Hot
I applied for first time and almost didn't leave on my lips due to burn, but no pain, no gain!! I am loving the results as I have no upper lip at 65 years old; reserving judgement as I'm prone to cold sores and hope plumper does not cause outbreak.
Not worth the pain
For the amount of pain it causes (tingling and burning sensation), it does not last longer than an hour. For the price and for it to not be effective enough to stand the intense feeling, i would choose another brand of plumping
