Goes on Smooth but Low Lasting Power

I have already bought a second one!
This eyeliner is very easy to apply and stay put for the day. I love the fact that both ends compliment each other and can be worn at the same time. I like the darker color on the upper eye and the lighter color on the lower lash line. Like so much that I already bought a second one.

Long lasting
Don't use either side in the waterline
I purchased the Friend/Foe combo. While the dark navy with sparkle side says to avoid use in waterline, the matte navy blue does not. However, when I used the matte side in my waterline, it was so scratchy and irritating that I had to take it off immediately. My eyes stayed irritated for the next three days. If you're going to try this, keep it on the upper lid only.
