Apply after cleansing and before applying serum or moisturizer. Take the tray out of the packette and pick up each mask, one at a time. Affix the narrower side of the mask to the inner corner of the eye and smooth out so the larger end covers the outer corner of your eye. Repeat on the other side. Leave on for 15 minutes then gently peel off. Using light pressure, gently massage the remaining essence into the skin around your eyes. Any essence remaining in the packette can be applied around the mouth for additional smoothing. Use as needed, recommended 2-3 times per week.

Be careful if you have allergies or sensitive skin
So I got a single use pack in one of my Ulta beauty find boxes and was hoping I'd love it. At first I was like they are large and cover a good area, the serum felt cool and once gently rubbed they stay in place. It says to leave up to 15 mins, after a few minutes I started to itch but didn't think much of it. I left them on for about 10 minutes maybe a bit longer. When I took them off I proceed to follow the instructions and gently pat in rest of serum. That's when I noticed bulging areas near the bottom outer corner of my eye (swelling). I immediately rinsed it off and dried the area but now I have two swollen areas under my eyes and my crows feet are still there. I've used other eye masks and never had that happen before. I'm glad I didn't purchase them at full price. And there was no warning for the retinol on the package. If you are sensitive to certain strong chemicals or have sensitive skin in general, I do not recommend trying this product. If you do and it starts to itch, take it off immediately and rinse. I'm hoping the swelling goes down by the morning.

I use this when my eyes are real puffy and use the left over liquid all over where wrinkles exist. Later on in day and day after puffy is down and wrinkle are less visible. I have use many others. This is 1# for me. I love this product plus the whole brand

A very expensive product; used according to directions, it would only last one month. Worse, product is all over the inside of the packet, not the masks. It is also very drying, making lines worse.
Feel it working!
This has to be the best eye masks i have ever tried! I can feel them working wnd tighting as the 15 mins go by. This is definitely worth the money!
Do not use on Sensitive Skin

This GAVE me wrinkles I never had. It damaged my under eyes. I had no issues or irritation while using, but after a few I noticed it was giving me new wrinkles. I only ever used to have very slight small ones, but this definitely enhanced their appearance after using this product. My under eyes look awful now. Retinol is not for me. I can't even go back to using the eye Benefiance cream because they added ginseng on top of the caffeine which was keeping me up at night. I could not sleep. The cream I bought in Japan earlier this year did not do this. Their US products have higher percentages than their Japan products according to the Ginza Store. I'm so bummed because the Japan one was working so well for me.
