Yes it has a yogurt scent, the third ingredient is a prebiotic and down the line is yogurt extract lol. Personally I don't mind it - its weird at first but I'm a person who likes more natural products so I don't mind, it makes me feel like its working and after the first use I actually like the scent now. My boyfriend is also a typical man / turns his nose up at kombucha but surprisingly actually likes the scent. Its one of those that you should be able to just get over.. its definitely not gag worthy, and I appreciate that the ingredients do not contain frgrance. Besides that, this lotion delivers results. It calms my red cheeks through the next day and eliminates my boyfriend's sebderm. I love it.

It smells like yogurt, so if that doesn't appeal to you, skip this one. It's not greasy, goes on well and seems to hydrate ok, but no better or worse than other products I've tried. If I had to do it over again, I would've gone with a different product.
