Noticeable Improvement!
I was skeptical about this, but decided to start with one bottle and see what happened. After taking these capsules every day for a month, I noticed a change in my skin. I saw my skin look began to be more hydrated, which definitely has had an effect on my fine lines as well as the texture of my skin (not just my face, but my skin's hydration has improved overall). I have now been using this product for well over a year (I am 58) and I make sure to stay stocked up with monthly shipments. I definitely recommend that you commit to trying it every day for 1 month! We can only do so much for our skin on the surface, so add this to your daily routine for a month to treat your skin from the inside, too!

Incredible changes
As a 57 year old with super dry legs and arms, especially during winter, these have helped so much after taking for 2 weeks. My eleven lines are less prominent and my skin is so much more hydrated and plump! Definitely with trying imo.looking forward to even better results as I continue taking.
