Very coconutty
Meh. I have tried a ton of texturing and curl refreshing sprays on my fine, 2c-3b curls. This was just so-so in terms of refreshing my curl pattern. I feel like plain water does a better job, because at least it can reactivate product that is already in my hair. Didn't do a ton for my curl definition, volume, or frizz management. I tried it on freshly washed damp hair, freshly washed dry hair, and on 2-3 day old hair. The smell is very strong of coconut, if you're into that. I am very sensitive to product fragrances and I feel like this scent followed me all day.
Best sea salt spray I have ever used
I have naturally wavy hair and this gives my waves more definition WITHOUT DRYING MY HAIR. It was worth every penny!

Overall I love all rizos curls products but I need so much that it just doesn't last very long. This sea salt spray was great for a refresh without putting much curl cream or gel in my hair so it stayed lighter but I basically finished the whole bottle in one weekend so I probably wouldn't buy it again.
Refresher staple for 2B waves!!
I originally tried Rizo's refresh and detangle spray but quickly returned it bc it weighed my hair down too much. I decided to try this instead and it has become a staple in my routine for refreshing my hair! I spray my hair just enough to get my hair slightly damp, and then spray this all over. The results are amazing, i like my refresh days better than wash days now! It does not make my hair sticky, but instead very soft. I also havent noticed product build up from it or making my hair greasy any faster than it usually does. The only con is i feel like it doesnt do anything for taming frizz.
It did not work well for me.
