Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard.

Works pretty good
I picked this up on a whim today, and thought I would give it a try. I want to be a believer, but am kind of a skepttic with things like this, if they sound too good to be true. I usually check reviews, but I chose not to this time as I was in a rush. I put this on as I left the store, and nothing 20 minutes I was already feeling effects. Maybe it was placebo effect? I am usually quite anxious, and am here and there after multiple cups of coffee, and busy kids at home. I truly felt relaxed the entire time I wore this on my wrist and didn't feel anxious while having a busy brain of things I needed to get done. so far after one use, the only downside is that as other say it leaves a sticky residue that is hard to get off. I would however be willing to try these again to see if they're is consistency across the board.

I purchased Be Calm after reading the reviews and researching online with companies who try items from different and like companies. The Good Patch was the preferred company. Be Calm has worked in keeping me calm during a difficult time that I have been in with finding out one of my parents is very ill. I will definitely purchase again. I did have a problem with the adhesive on some of my patches. I reached out to Customer Support via email and had the opportunity to speak with Kayla. Kayla answered my email almost immediately and rectified the situation expeditiously. I hope Kayla or one of her Support teammates/Supervisor/Manager or even the CEO sees my review and gives Kayla some incentive that your company gives their Customer Support employees and if you don't have an incentive program maybe you should start with Kayla. She truly created a beautiful experience.
