I looked at tons of makeup bags here on the Ulta website - I was just looking for a smallish bag to keep my essentials in. There are no dimensions listed on any of these bags, but I didn't consider this one because pencil case sounds small. Went to my local Ulta, it was bigger in person and I love how when you unzip it you can really open it up quite wide to see in. I have foundation, sponge, brush, 3-5 mini mascaras, primer, 3-5 lip products, 3-5 brow products, blush, bronzer, highlighter and a few other misc items all inside with room to spare! Like I said, small but mighty.
